A faith that lasts.
Build biblical foundations and a relationship with God that continues through life's changes.
Youth · Faith · Discipleship / Derby, UK
A community helping young people know Jesus, build strong foundations and put their faith into action — wherever life takes them.
01 / Our story
Change & Transform grew out of a shared desire to help young people develop a faith of their own: rooted in the Bible, shaped through relationships and lived out every day.
We are a cross-church youth discipleship and training community in Derby, supported by a team of Christians serving together. We work alongside families and churches to encourage young people as they explore faith, grow as disciples and discover how they can serve.
Our vision reaches beyond the next gathering: young people who keep following Jesus and serving others through school, university, work and the places they will one day call home.
Build biblical foundations and a relationship with God that continues through life's changes.
Encourage young people to share the gospel and build communities of faith among their school friends.
Help young people discover their gifts and bring their learning back into the life and service of their own churches.
02 / Our pathway
A continuing journey of discovery, foundations and practical discipleship, with a team walking alongside young people.
Explore the Christian faith in English, ask honest questions and talk together about life, Jesus and belief.
Build foundations for following Jesus, with space for Bible learning, discussion, fellowship and sharing faith.
Learn by taking real responsibilities in our gatherings, discovering gifts and serving God and other people.
Connect biblical values with relationships, choices and everyday life. Keep learning, practising and growing together.
03 / The next chapter
Different cultures shape the world around us. Together, we explore what it means to live by the values of God's Kingdom.
We begin with identity: knowing who we are as citizens of God’s Kingdom. From that foundation, we explore how our belonging shapes our values, choices and relationships.
Through Bible teaching, real-life examples and small-group discussion, we connect faith with friendships, family, study, work and church life.
We give particular attention to honouring parents, older generations and one another — and to turning what we learn into a willingness to serve.
An ongoing journey of discipleship, with room to think, ask, practise and grow.
Contact our team ↗04 / Better together
Young people grow through a community around them. Our team works with parents and churches to encourage faith at home, in the local church and beyond.
We equip young people to contribute to their own churches, while building friendships across congregations.
Our youth programme is for young people aged 11+. Families are welcome to contact the team to discuss the right next step.
Talk about what young people are learning, encourage opportunities to serve in their own church and pray for them and the team.
For Kingdom Culture, young people are invited to make a voluntary £1 contribution per gathering as a simple way to learn generosity and support the ministry. This is optional, and is not a course fee.
Please contact the team about parental consent, safeguarding arrangements, communication and drop-off or collection before joining.
